stayed at novotel for 3 nights with my family. the location is just brilliant, right in downtown and super walkable to restaurants. our deluxe king room was very comfortable, and we loved the shower's jet option. enjoyed afternoon tea in the lobby restaurant, a cozy atmosphere to relax.

Had a fab time here! The room was nice and quiet, which is great for catching up on sleep. Loved the fact that there's an air-con bridge to the mall and convention center so I didn't have to deal with the heat. Friendly staff made me feel comfy, but the room felt a lil outdated. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, though!

We had a lovely stay with amazing views of the Petronas Towers and a breakfast selection that kept the whole family happy. The kids loved splashing around in the outdoor swimming pool and we enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation with a foot massage at the spa. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little updating, but it sure didn't ruin our stay! 😊

Had an amazing stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre! The location is perfect, just steps from Pavilion and a short walk to KLCC. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious and spotless, making it a true haven after a day of exploring. It was just an excellent fit for a short-term stay in Kuala Lumpur with the best value for money ratio. The staff like Feroz in the Executive Lounge made my experience that much better, always greeting me with a smile. Make sure to check the location. it’s super convenient for shopping and dining.
